WeatherOps is in the business of helping organizations more effectively fulfill their safety and security, operational and risk management missions by serving as their 24x7 weather department. Utilizing our own proprietary systems and our own sources for raw weather data, our meteorologists and business and operational continuity specialists provide custom-configured forecasting, monitoring and alerting services for each client.

What do you mean by "Decision Support"?

WeatherOps functions almost as though we were your own employees. A team of meteorologists learns your organization's specific requirements, and we provide you with the information that you need to keep you informed. We communicate with you on an ongoing basis to ensure that you are never surprised by the weather and that you have full situational awareness at all times with regards to your locations, assets, and business operations anywhere on the planet.

Who are WeatherOps's clients?

We have a diverse client base consisting of hundreds of organizations. Our clients include many leading companies that together represent the entire private sector. What are the fees for WeatherOps's weather support services?

Fees vary from client to client. However, at no cost to you, an Industry Manager will work with you to design a customized weather department service configuration that best meets your organization's requirements and budget considerations. Should you decide to proceed with our services, fees would be based on the specifics of your organization's service configuration.

What are the fees for WeatherOps's business continuity consulting services?

For the most part, consulting fees are determined on a time and materials basis.

Which regions of the world does WeatherOps support?

WeatherOps provides weather support services for clients worldwide - both onshore and offshore.

Does WeatherOps provide weather support for weather-sensitive projects, testimony, on-site consultations, etc?

Yes. We frequently deploy project-specific meteorologists in support of special projects that range from a few days to as long as many months. Special projects include construction projects, large vessel sail-outs and other types of weather-sensitive onshore and offshore projects.

What are WeatherOps's hours?

Our Meteorological Operations and operate 24/7/365. Administrative departments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday.
